Sealed or Ported box???

Guys, I made a new box for a 12' audiobahn... I'd like to ask for your opinion. Which is better-
a sealed box or a ported one? Coz i'd like to go for a high/moderate boom and quality sound.

pre if gusto mo SQ then go for sealed box, but if I'd rather go for ported para SQ and may thump-boom-boom pa!

better also to check the specs of your sub if you still have the sub recommendations or search thru google, I'm sure may recommended box and measurements yan for your preference check the rms and watts. Ano yun series ng audiobahn mo? tulungan kita mag hanap ng specs, ayt?

playing safe i'd go for sealed. but to maximize the 400w rms go ported.

ANyway, a 3600 watt amp will be driving the sub- will it be enough to make the boom and the quality?

3600 watt amp? ano brand nya paps? 1st pumasok sa mind ko mukahang over kill yan for the subs given na its a 400 rms sub, masyado ata malakas yun sub na yan paps, ilan channel yun amp na yan?

diba nka v12 710 ka? pwede na yan. bridge ch. 3&4.

oo tama si nini bridge mo yun sub using 3 and 4 channel, pero easy lang sa gain, 12oclock lang

ok ok i'll keep that in mind... pero nagbisyo sbng amps ko... naglain sound sng gin rotate ko, i dunno.. lose wiring cguro. daw hilaw iya nga BOOM, la kpa ntakod new boombox.

most likely yung xovers nagalaw mu, and maybe iba yung specs ng bagong sub compare to the previous one kaya iba yung tunog. before, i was using a v12 amp to power 2 12s with 400w rms each on a ported enclosure bridging only ch 3&4.

im still using my old boombox... i dunno bakit ganun... that amp is already 3 or maybe 4 years old na. ngayon lng nagka ganito. basi nagsunggod kay islan ko partner ya kg box hehehe

ayt, kung saan ka masaya! saka trial and error muna, after mo ma feel ang sealed then go for ported, sa size ng box ka na lang mag iisip to get the right specs for your sealed box

nope. ported. if ill choose, mas ok sakin sealed, sayang hangin eh.. ewan ko.. hehe

Tsk Tsk Tsk! subwoofer and box are ok, but it shorted my amp... im looking for a new amp.
